I downloaded and edited a file and now I want to replace the file in CourseWorks. How do I do that?

There is currently no way to replace an existing file in the class files section. You must delete the existing file and replace it with the new one. If you linked to that file from various sections of your site, such as assignments, you will need to re-create those links.
